Last updated: 7/4/2026
1. Acceptance of Terms & Provider
By accessing and using VetCard, you accept these Terms of Service. The VetCard platform is provided by Yurii Mokryi, sole proprietorship in Poland, 62-060 Stęszew.
2. Description of Service
VetCard is an online intermediary platform that connects pet owners with veterinary clinics for booking appointments.
3. User Responsibilities & Account
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Appointments, Cancellations & No-shows
You agree to attend your scheduled appointments or cancel them in advance according to the clinic's policy. VetCard does not charge for bookings, but individual clinics may have their own cancellation fees or no-show policies for which VetCard is not responsible.
5. Relationship with Clinics
VetCard acts solely as an intermediary. We do not provide veterinary services or medical advice. The independent clinics are entirely responsible for the quality of care. VetCard is not liable for any actions, errors, or omissions by the clinics.
6. User Content & Reviews
If you leave reviews or comments on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and moderate this content. We reserve the right to remove any abusive, false, or inappropriate content.
7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VetCard without notice if you violate these Terms (e.g., repeated no-shows, abusive behavior).
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content, logos, and software are the property of VetCard and are protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VetCard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or your interactions with clinics.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from the use of VetCard shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland.
